Hybrid roles based in McLean with occasional client-site work across NoVA. Cloud, cyber, and aviation-security experience valued.
Windows / Linux mixed estate, Active Directory, patching, and backup verification. 3+ years preferred. Occasional on-site at client sites in NoVA.
Landing zones, networking, and ops on AWS GovCloud (US) and commercial Regions. IaC familiarity (Terraform / CloudFormation) preferred.
Campus switching, firewalls, VPN, and wireless. Comfortable with change windows and peer review. Cisco / Fortinet / Palo experience valued.
Vulnerability triage, control evidence, and authorized adversarial testing — including aviation OT/IT environments under rules of engagement. NIST 800-171 / CMMC terminology helpful.
Run a small Tier 1–2 desk, mentor junior techs, keep SLAs honest. ITIL familiarity helpful; patience required.
